Additional examinations during you preoperative screening visit
In order to fully characterize your health condition the following items are necessary before your consult with the anesthesiologist:
- A completed health check list
- Physical examination like blood pressure measurements
- If necessary, additional examinations like an ECG or pulmonary function test
After the consult with the anesthesiologist you may be forwarded to other departments for an X-ray of your heart and lungs or for blood sample determinations.
