You can pick up the key to your room at the Gastenverblijf reception desk. Upon arrival, you pay a deposit of € 20,--. If you arrive after 10.00 p.m., registration can be done at the reception desk in the central hall of the hospital. In that case you will also need to report to the reception desk of the Gastenverblijf at 9.00 a .m. the following morning.   

Check out time is 10.00 a .m. You can either pay in cash or by credit card. If you stay longer than one week, payment is made on a weekly basis.      

Please note that you are required to clean the room yourself during your stay and before departure. Clean towels and bed linen are available at the reception desk.
