The primers for sequencing exons and surrounding intronic regions for the genes involved in Vanishing White Matter disease (EIF2B1, EIF2B2, EIF2B3, EIF2B4, EIF2B5), Megalencephalic Leukoencephalopathy with Subcortical Cysts (MLC1), and Leukoencephalopathy with Brain Stem and Spinal Cord Involvement with Elevated Lactate (DARS2) are given in the excel files indicated below.
