Research on Adult Intensive Care

ICU department actively stimulates and facilitates scientific research, which comprises clinical trials sponsored by industries or investigator initiated research in the critically ill patient. The main research topics are hypothermia, nutrition and metabolism, infection diseases, sepsis and pharmacokinetics at the (pre-)clinical level.
