Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery/ Oral Pathology

General information

At the outpatient department referred patients are examined and treated under local anesthesia or in 'day-treatment' under general anesthesia. 
At the inpatient clinic patients are treated under general anesthesia and taken care for.
The department of Oral Pathology deals with the regognition, (microscopic) examination and treatment of benign and malignant diseases in and around the oral cavity.
All departments are involved in scientific research, teach medical and dental students and train residents.
